As we continue to expand our presence in Barcelona’s luxury rental market, Max Ricart is seeking a talented Rental Agent to join our growing team. Main Responsibilities: • Develop in-depth knowledge of Barcelona and its key neighborhoods, with a strong focus on the upper residential areas (Zona Alta), to successfully market and rent properties., • Source and capture new rental properties, building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners., • Manage the full rental process, from initial client contact through negotiations, contract signing, and post-rental follow-up., • Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants., • Collect, review, and manage all rental-related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy., • Actively manage relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring proactive, clear, and professional communication., • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client requirements and property information to ensure an organized and efficient database. Requirements: • Proven experience in the high-end real estate rental sector, ideally within Barcelona’s Zona Alta., • Strong knowledge of the Barcelona rental market and key residential areas., • Advanced level of English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)., • Strong profile in property acquisition and deal closing, with a clear results-oriented and commercial mindset., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Proactive, self-motivated, and financially driven attitude., • Well-organized, hands-on, and flexible with working hours., • Motorcycle license and own motorcycle would be highly valued., • Outstanding customer service skills, with experience working with demanding national and international clients., • In-person hours: Monday to Friday Benefits: • Competitive fixed salary plus commissions, attractive performance-based incentives, and an annual bonus., • Company mobile phone., • Extensive initial training and ongoing professional development., • Office-based position located in Turó Park., • Excellent working environment within a professional, multicultural, and fast-growing company, offering strong career development opportunities., • Modern, international, and dynamic workplace.
