We are seeking friendly and attentive waiting staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt and professional service, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and handle customer requests or concerns with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and present menus
Take food and drink orders accurately
Serve orders in a timely and courteous manner
Ensure tables are clean and properly set
Handle payments and operate point-of-sale
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience is a plus but not required
