As an IT Business Analyst within Omnichannel Orchestration, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, affiliate teams, and technology delivery teams. You will play a key role in translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting onboarding and adoption of omnichannel capabilities, and ensuring successful delivery of customer engagement use cases across markets. /p pA major focus of this role will be supporting the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of omnichannel engagement capabilities across Pharma International affiliates. This role will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineers, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders, helping to shape requirements, improve processes, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 h3Business Analysis Requirements Management /h3 ul liGather, analyze, and document business requirements for omnichannel engagement, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and activation use cases. /li liTranslate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. /li liFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering activities with global and affiliate stakeholders. /li liSupport backlog refinement and prioritization activities with Product Owners and delivery teams. /li /ul h3Affiliate Engagement Omnichannel Adoption /h3 ul liAct as a key point of contact for affiliate teams adopting omnichannel capabilities. /li liUnderstand affiliate business processes, pain points, and market‑specific requirements. /li liSupport onboarding activities, capability demonstrations, training sessions, and business readiness efforts. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve adoption, operational efficiency, and user experience. /li /ul h3Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineers, Data Teams, and Vendors to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented. /li liSupport testing, validation, and user acceptance activities. /li liHelp manage dependencies across business, process, data, and technology workstreams. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization. /li liContribute to documentation, governance practices, templates, and best practices. /li liSupport reporting, insights, and measurement activities to evaluate business outcomes and adoption. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou are a delivery‑oriented and collaborative leader who is comfortable operating across business and technology domains within large‑scale enterprise transformation programs. /p h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Delivery, CRM, Marketing Technology, Omnichannel Engagement, or Digital Transformation domains. /li liExperience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into scalable technology solutions. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills with experience working in large‑scale enterprise transformation or digital engagement programs. /li liExperience operating within Agile delivery environments and collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams. /li liStrong understanding of omnichannel engagement, campaign execution, customer journeys, audience segmentation, and activation workflows. /li liFamiliarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystems, customer journey orchestration, segmentation, and activation concepts. /li liExperience coordinating cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and implementation partners. /li liAbility to manage dependencies across business, product, architecture, data, and engineering teams. /li liStrong execution, facilitation, and operational coordination skills. /li liExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. /li liComfortable navigating global and matrixed environments. /li /ul h3What Success Looks Like /h3 ul liSuccessful onboarding and adoption of omnichannel orchestration activities across affiliate markets. /li liClear, actionable business requirements that enable efficient delivery. /li liStrong alignment between affiliate needs and technology solutions. /li liImproved business processes and operational efficiency. /li liPositive stakeholder feedback and measurable adoption of omnichannel capabilities. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pUniversity degree required.
