Largely self-sufficient, you will get your hands busy with various Analytics and Optimisation technologies, and you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to undertake data deliverables and implement a/b tests and personalisations at scale. /ppYou will be part of a large Data practice spanning all European markets, with teams of experts across fields such as data engineering, AI, web analytics, experimentation, data strategy, martech and more. /ppstrongRole responsibilities /strong /pulliExtract and analyse web behavior data from multiple platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, ContentSquare, Qualtrics, Adoreboard, among others). /liliIdentify user problems, trends, and anomalies to generate actionable insights and experiment hypotheses. /liliStudy how analytics tags / events are implemented in various areas of a website to identify measurement gaps and produce relevant recommendations. /liliConsult with product teams to recommend digital measurement for upcoming product features. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations. /liliDesign dashboards and reports to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliPlan and document experiments end-to-end, including: targeted pages audiences, metrics, design briefs, development briefs, content brief, QA brief, analytics briefs, test duration etc. /liliWork with multi-disciplined teams (designers, developers, QA testers...) on the end-to-end implementation of experiments in Adobe Target. /liliBe an expert in Adobe Target, with knowledge about audiences, pages, KPIs and advanced features (ML recommendations, Automated personalisation, Visitor profile attributes, Profile scripts...) /liliUse Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare to report on experiment performance and provide clear recommendations and learnings. /liliPlan and conduct workshops with stakeholders, for example to ideate solutions to user problems /li /ulh3strongMust have qualifications /strong /h3ulli6-8 years in web analytics and or CRO roles /liliProficiency with Optimisation platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB tasty, Kameleoon etc) /liliProficiency with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4, ContentSquare, Hotjar, Qualtrics, Similarweb, Fullstory...) /liliFamiliarity with how Tag Management platforms work (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium...) /liliStrong data literacy, ability to communicate compelling stories with data. /liliAnalytical rigour and awareness of risk in data interpretation, especially in the context of A/B testing. /liliAn interest in working with product teams on shaping remarkable digital experiences /liliFamiliarity with agile development and collaborative delivery across distributed teams. /liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business goals into measurable optimisation activities. /liliComfortable working in a large, complex international organisation. /liliAbility to coach and guide junior analysts. /liliExcellent communication skills in English and Spanish. /liliWillingness to travel quarterly to Brussels for workshops and collaboration sessions. /li /ulpstrongIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. /strong /ppstrongAt Valtech, we recognize that talent comes in many forms, and we value diverse perspectives and a willingness to learn. /strong /ph3strongCommitment to reaching all kinds of people /strong /h3pWe design experiences that work for all kinds of people - and that starts with our own teams.
