We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Provide desk-side and walk-up support for end users, including VIP users Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues Receive and work on tickets escalated from the Service Desk via ITSM tools Perform root cause analysis and hands-on troubleshooting for incidents Fulfil service requests such as device setup, software installation, and configuration Escalate unresolved issues to L3 or specialized teams with complete diagnostics Prepare and provision devices for new joiners, and support user exits (device collection, data handling, access revocation) Create and update technical documentation and SOPs, ensuring clear ticket updates and resolutions Install, configure, and support: o Laptops, desktops, thin clients o Mobile devices and desk phones o Printers, scanners, and peripherals Support meeting rooms and collaboration tools: o Video conferencing systems o Projectors, AV equipment, conference phones WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE? Microsoft Operating Systems (Control Panel, Command Prompt, Network and Sharing Center, Internet Explorer) Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook ITSM tools CMDB / asset tools ServiceNow WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years' experience: 2 years experience working as Deskside Support Technician English: intermediate Spanish: fluent WHERE AND WHEN?
