Bartender We cook with charcoal. Argentine style. The bar is part of the team, not a world of its own. We're looking for someone with real bar experience who understands that in a small restaurant, the role doesn't end at the bar. Chipping in is part of the job. What the job involves • You set up the bar — mise en place, stock, order. Everything ready before service starts, • You execute classic cocktails and our own signature cocktail menu — consistently and with confidence, • You manage bar stock sensibly — you know how to economise without it showing in the result, • You clean and care for the glassware and bar — polishing, tidying, maintaining. Cleanliness is not optional, • In quieter periods or when service allows, you step onto the floor — running trays, supporting the team, doing what needs doing, • General cleaning tasks are part of the role, as they are for everyone on the team What we're looking for • Real bar experience — you know what you're doing and don't need the basics explained, • Knowledge of classic cocktails and the ability to learn a house menu, • Someone organised, clean, and methodical — at the bar and away from it, • No issue stepping away from the bar when needed — this is a small team, not a standalone bar, • Reliable and with a good attitude. The rest can be learned What we offer • A bar with its own identity inside a restaurant that runs as a team, • A small, straight-talking team, • Full-time — 40 hours per week, • Remuneration according to experience If this fits what you're looking for, get in touch. Bartender Cocinamos con carbón. Estilo argentino.
