We're looking for a barista (full-time or part-time) who brings both skill and soul to the bar. You Bring • Native/fluent Spanish + basic English, • 2+ years hospitality experience, • 1+ years barista experience, • Obsessive attention to detail, • Good energy - always We Bring • Clean environment, top-tier equipment and quality beans, • Free drinks - up to 2 per day whilst on shift, • Free breakfast and lunch meal on shift, • 20% discount on all products outside of working hours, • Barista training, • Tips shared equally between staff - owners don't take from the pool
