En nuestro refugio y clínica felina en La Línea de la Concepción buscamos un/a Veterinario/a con vocación y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo. Además, existe la opción de convertirte en copropietario/a o socio/a si deseas participar en la expansión del proyecto. Sobre el puesto: Como responsable veterinario/a, te encargarás de la atención médica integral de los gatos del refugio, velando por su salud y bienestar desde su llegada hasta su adopción. Funciones principales: Realizar exámenes, diagnósticos y tratamientos médicos a los gatos. Realizar cirugías de esterilización/castración y otros procedimientos menores. Administrar vacunas y tratamientos para enfermedades o lesiones. Asesorar a futuros adoptantes sobre el cuidado y la salud de los gatos. Tomar decisiones éticas y compasivas respecto a la eutanasia cuando sea necesario. Colaborar con el equipo del refugio y la clínica para garantizar el máximo bienestar animal. Job Description Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations Ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently. Implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained. Develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa. Develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies. Work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions. Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques. Understands the impact of department operations on the overall financial goals and objectives of the property and manages to meet or exceed budgeted goals. Sets a positive example in customer relations. Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. Addresses customer problems and complaints. Motivates employees to provide excellent customer service. Emphasizes customer satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement. Strives to improve service performance. Maintains a close relationship with the teams, always listening to identify and address employee issues or concerns and escalate them to the Director of Spa. Drives the continuous training program so that employees receive adequate training to successfully perform their jobs. Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management Two years experience in a same role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team or 5 years as SPA Manager Advanced level of English and Spanish.
