Senior Account Manager (Commercial/iGaming) BetGames is an award-winning international developer and distributor of innovative gaming products for the betting industry (B2B). We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager based in La Linea, Spain to join our team. This is a high-impact, commercial role focused on driving revenue growth across key partnerships. You will take full ownership of your accounts, ensuring strong performance, fast product adoption, and identifying new commercial opportunities. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can actively grow accounts, open doors, and drive revenue through both existing and new opportunities. Key responsibilities • Account Ownership & Growth: Own and develop a portfolio of key operator accounts, driving revenue growth through strong positioning, product adoption, and strategic planning, • Game Launch & Performance: Ensure fast and effective launch of new games and features, while actively driving performance post-launch through positioning and campaigns, • Commercial Upsell: Proactively identify and execute upsell opportunities across our product suite (e.g. gamification tools, premium tables, new features), with a strong focus on revenue impact, • Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Build, maintain, and convert a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities within existing and new accounts, • Promotions & Campaigns: Secure and execute regular promotional activity to maximise engagement, visibility, and GGR growth, • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within your accounts and across your network, contributing to overall market growth, • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Casino Managers, Commercial Leads, Product Teams), • Internal Coordination: Work closely with product, integrations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery, • Compliance & Market Readiness: Support certification processes and ensure content is aligned with market requirements, • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, leveraging your network to generate new opportunities We expect you have • 3+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles within the iGaming industry (must-have), • A strong network of operator contacts and the ability to open doors and build relationships quickly, • Proven track record of growing accounts and driving revenue, • Experience working with casino content, platforms, or aggregators, • Strong commercial mindset, with confidence in selling and negotiating high-value deals, • Ability to identify and act on growth opportunities within accounts, • Experience across multiple markets (e.g. Europe, LATAM, Africa) is a strong advantage, • Excellent communication skills and fluent English, • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events By joining us you will: • Be part of an international company with a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, • Work from our shared local office in La Linea, Spain, with flexibility for remote work, • Have real ownership and the ability to directly impact revenue and growth, • Work in an environment that values autonomy, trust, and commercial thinking, • Access opportunities for growth through internal and external training, • Receive comprehensive health insurance after your trial period, • Receive a digital shop budget once you’ve completed your trial, • Salary range: €50,000 – €70,000 gross annually (depending on experience)
