Key Responsibilities • Manage the day‑to‑day running of the household to the highest standard — overseeing schedules, coordinating household staff, and ensuring every detail is in perfect order, • Deliver a discreet, anticipatory, and highly personalised service to the principal and their guests — table service, wardrobe management, formal entertaining, and all personal needs, • Coordinate and manage private events, dinners, and special occasions — liaising with external vendors, service providers, and the culinary team to ensure flawless execution, • Manage household inventory, silver, fine tableware, wine cellar, and luxury assets — ensuring everything is maintained, replenished, and presented to the highest standard, • Travel with the principal as required, maintaining the same level of excellence across locations and adapting swiftly to new environments, • Proactively identify and resolve any household or service issues before they impact the principal's experience — a problem‑solver who acts quietly and effectively Requirements • 4+ years of experience as a private butler or in a senior household management role for an HNW or UHNW principal — a proven track record in private service is essential, • Fluency in both English and Spanish — essential for this role.
