Su principal objetivo será garantizar una experiencia excepcional para los comensales y asegurarse de que el servicio sea eficiente, profesional y de alta calidad. RESPONSABILIDADES Sus principales responsabilidades serán: Coordinación del servicio: El Maître es responsable de planificar y organizar las tareas diarias del personal de sala, como la asignación de mesas, la programación de turnos y la gestión de reservas. Debe asegurarse de que el servicio se desarrolle sin problemas y de que se cumplan los estándares de atención al cliente establecidos.
