Bilbao
Orac is growing its presence across the north of Spain, and we're looking for an Account Manager to lead that growth from Bilbao. You'll cover the Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, Asturias and Castilla y León, spending roughly 70% of your time in the field. You'll build the relationships with distributors, prescribers and project partners that define how our products show up in the region. You'll play a key role in prescription and project follow-up, channelling deal closing through our existing distributors and managing your pipeline through CRM. Your focus: proposing compelling solutions and designs using Orac's full product line, tailored to each prescriber and each project. At Orac, we don't see walls as surfaces. We see them as blank canvases. What we create is not decoration, but the elements that define how a space feels. For over 50 years, we've been refining that craft. Combining tradition with innovation and design thinking with industrial precision. We work with people who care about detail. Because detail is never just a detail: it's what makes something feel right. Curious how we think and work? • Actively prospect and acquire new distributors, wholesalers, interior professionals and project partners across your territory, • Manage and deepen relationships with existing distributors, channelling deal closing and identifying growth opportunities, • Play a key role in prescription and project follow-up, translating customer needs into tailored Orac solutions, • Propose compelling designs and solutions using Orac's full product line, adapted to each prescriber and each project, • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and run demos, presentations and training sessions for clients and partners, • Keep a clear, disciplined pipeline, tracking performance through CRM and Power BI, • Within 30 days, you'll have completed full training on Orac's culture, products and processes, • Within 60 days, you'll be independently conducting customer and distributor visits across your territory, • At 90 days, you'll have a structured account and territory plan in place to hit your targets, • A degree in a technical or commercial field, • A first experience in a commercial or sales role, ideally in a technical, project-based or construction-related environment, • Genuine interest in interior design, ceramics and construction products, • A commercial mindset, with the drive to build long-term distributor and prescriber relationships rather than chase one-off deals, • Spanish as your first language, comfortable working in English within an international organisation, • Comfortable with a role built around travel: based in Bilbao, with roughly 70% of your time on the road across the Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra, Asturias and Castilla y León, • Based in or willing to be based in Bilbao / the Basque Country Not sure you tick every box? If this role feels right to you and you recognise yourself in the way we work, we'd still like to hear from you. At Orac , passion, inspiration and loyalty are more than words. They shape the way we work together. We offer a dynamic, stable environment where your commercial impact is seen and rewarded. We look forward to welcoming you in the team! If that sounds like you, you'll feel at home here. • An ambitious role with direct impact on Orac's growth across the north of Spain, • Make a real contribution to a premium, high-potential brand with global reach, while owning your own territory, • Competitive salary, company car, and attractive benefits, with strong opportunities to grow within an international environment, • A family-oriented culture that prioritises the well-being and development of every team member, • Colleague discount, start enjoying it from day one Looking forward to your application. After submitting your CV, you can expect feedback within one week Interviews and next steps will be communicated to shortlisted candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
