Your role at Cheil: CRM B2B Account Manager What we are looking for? Cheil is looking for a highly skilled CRM Marketing Manager with more than 4 years’ experience to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and optimising CRM B2B campaigns with the focus to drive customer engagement, loyalty and conversion. You will also manage direct relation with European Office to lign strategies and correct development of the project. Moreover, you will leverage your expertise in data-driven insights and optimisation of marketing automation workflows and database further enhance the CRM capabilities of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building campaign communications from brief to deployment, liaising with clients and collaborating with main stakeholders on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business briefs into campaign requirements, defining segmentation logic, data needs, and automation workflows., • Define and monitor key KPIs, independently analysing campaign performance to identify insights, optimisation opportunities, and improvement actions., • Optimise email marketing for Partners and Operators, refining communication flows, targeting, and content effectiveness., • Implement structured testing frameworks (A/B and incremental testing) to validate hypotheses and continuously enhance results., • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with internal processes and GDPR standards., • Coordinate campaign execution with the content team, external agency, clients, and regional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Key Skills & requirements • 4+ years of experience of working with CRM communications with at a minimum 1 year in marketing automation, • 2+ years of client account management and/or project/campaign management experience, • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory), • Proficiency in other platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo or HubSpot is also valued, • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing strategies, • Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics, with solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Solid understanding of customer audience data segmentation and targeting techniques, • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, • Fluent in Spanish, proficiency in English. The Portuguese language is a plus, • Proactive, patient, and eager to move projects forward Languages: • C1 level of English required, with advanced English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and external suppliers.
