Our multidisciplinary team combines technical expertise with strong management experience, gained through participation in projects worldwide. /p pWe have been bpioneers /b of brenewable energy-based microgrids /b, from concept and design to deployment and dissemination. bSustainability /b and bsocial responsibility /b guide our work, ensuring our projects create meaningful impact. /p h3Job description and responsibilities /h3 pTTA is seeking two Construction Supervisors specialized in renewable energy mini grid projects, to join the Technical and Construction Unit. /p pUnder the supervision of the Construction Supervision Area Leader, the Construction Supervisors will support the development of grid-connected and primarily stand‑alone renewable energy electrification projects worldwide. /p pThe Construction Supervisors will work in the following areas, listed according to priority: /p ul libSupervision and Construction management /b: ul liManage the supervision of multiple sites with different contractors in parallel. /li liTightly control quality and timelines in complex environments, including approval of technical solutions, where required, with the support of TTA specialists and/or external consultants. /li liManage TTA local teams and sub‑contractors that assist in the supervision. /li liVisit sites periodically to supervise electrical, civil, and mechanical work. /li liCommission the facilities or, where required, coordinate commissioning experts. /li /ul /li libPlant design /b: ul liWork in technical designs and simulations, in the range of tens of kW up to MW, calculation of electrical protections and conductor sizing, layouts, bill of quantities, drawings, and technical specification writing of renewable energy-based decentralized solutions. /li liIncludes but is not limited to stand‑alone solar PV systems, mini‑grid plants, energy storage, control and monitoring systems, grid‑connected small PV plants, transformation, PV‑pumping systems, and electromobility. /li /ul /li libProcurement documents /b: ul liSupport the preparation of Technical Specifications for bidding documents, support the elaboration of administrative procurement documentation, and participate in tender evaluations. /li /ul /li libField visits /b: ul liCoordinate the field surveys to assess demand profile studies based on data gathered and field measurements and assess potential project sites for solar PV. /li /ul /li libFeasibility studies /b: ul liSupport the preparation of technical and economic feasibility studies for Solar PV plants and mini‑grid projects. /li /ul /li libConceptualize technical solutions /b: ul liSupport the definition of technical solutions from the project and the client's needs and liaise with the engineering department to define the concept designs. /li /ul /li libProject proposal preparation /b: ul liSupport the Business Development department in preparing proposals, particularly technical methodologies, bills of materials, budgets, and technical drawings. /li /ul /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pThe ideal candidates for this position will have the following competences: /p ul libEducational background /b: Bachelor’s degree in bElectrical, Civil or Mechanical engineering /b, or a related field. /li libPrevious work experience /b: Minimum b8 years of experience in PV plant construction /b, or construction project management. At least b5 years of experience in supervising solar PV /b and/or other sustainable energy source works. /li libLanguages /b: Professional proficiency in English is required. Professional level bin French is required for one of the two positions /b. /li libComputer skills /b: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Full command of Microsoft Office tools. /li libTravel availability /b: Willingness to travel frequently to project sites worldwide.
