Nuestro cliente: startup tecnológica europea especializada en inteligencia artificial aplicada a entornos físicos de alto tráfico, como centros comerciales, aeropuertos, destinos de ocio y cruceros This role starts as an SDR & GTM Builder , but it’s designed to evolve into leading company’s enterprise development function. Your mission is simple: open and build the enterprise pipeline across airports, shopping center groups, and multi-venue operators — generating qualified demos and strategic conversations that convert into real opportunities. Beyond meetings, you’ll think commercially: spotting automation angles, identifying activation opportunities, and shaping outbound strategy alongside the CEO. You’ll help structure the GTM engine from day zero — with the ambition of growing into leading it. Requiriments: 1 year of experience Fluent English (C1+) — additional languages highly valued. Experience in SDR, B2B sales, partnerships, or growth roles. Strong communication skills and confidence with senior executives. Structured, proactive, and resilient. AI-native mindset: accustomed to working daily with AI tools to research accounts, craft messaging, automate workflows, and increase productivity. Comfortable in ambiguity and early-stage environments. High ambition, high energy — you want to build, scale, and lead . Pluses: Experience selling SaaS Understanding of the retail, shopping center, airport, hospitality or tourism sectors. Background in fast-paced startups or outbound-heavy teams. You think commercially and strategically. You propose ideas instead of waiting for scripts. You are obsessed with opening doors. You want to grow into leadership. Main Functions: Identify, research, and segment enterprise accounts (mall groups, airport operators, property managers, outlet portfolios). Build structured outbound strategies and execute high-quality campaigns. Generate qualified demos and strategic enterprise conversations. Detect operational and automation opportunities inside target industries. Proactively propose commercial activations and partnership angles. Develop deep industry understanding (retail, airports, hospitality tech). Maintain rigorous pipeline management and reporting. Think beyond meetings — think long-term commercial leverage. Generate demos and qualified meetings for founders and sales leadership. Collaborate directly with the CEO to optimise outreach strategy and unlock high-value relationships.
