This will be achieved by building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of performance, emotion and design. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Process Technician to provide hands‑on technical support to our Motorcycle and Battery assembly lines. /p pThis role is essential to ensure production lines run smoothly every day: solving tooling issues, carrying out small repairs, implementing improvements, and reporting recurrent problems back to Engineering. You will be a key enabler for our operations, supporting them directly on the line, and ensuring uptime, safety and reliability of all critical tools and fixtures. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProvide technical support on the Motorcycle and Battery assembly lines, responding quickly to issues that stop or slow production. /li liTroubleshoot and repair tooling, jigs, fixtures, cables, sensors and other production equipment. /li liEscalate and report systematic or recurrent tool issues to Engineering for root‑cause analysis. /li liCarry out basic maintenance and functional checks to ensure tools and equipment remain reliable. /li liImplement small improvements and upgrades to existing installations together with the Production team. /li liSupport new product introductions by assisting with equipment setup and validation of workstations. /li liContribute to 5S and Lean activities, ensuring tidiness and organization at all times. /li liCollaborate closely with Operators, Team Leaders, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure alignment. /li /ul h3What You Will Bring To Stark /h3 ul liVocational training or degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, automation technology or similar. /li liHands‑on experience in production line support (automotive, electronics or industrial assembly preferred). /li liStrong troubleshooting skills with tooling, jigs, electrical connections, sensors and mechanical fixtures. /li liAbility to carry out basic repairs (cables, wiring, jig adjustments, small mechanical fixes). /li liGood communication skills to document issues and report to Engineering. /li liProactive mindset: you enjoy solving problems quickly and preventing them from recurring. /li liComfortable working in a shift environment. /li liFluent in Spanish (English is a plus). /li liStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, basic data entry). /li /ul h3Why work with us? /h3 ul liThe chance to work on a product people are genuinely passionate about. /li liA fast‑growing company with real momentum. /li liA creative, international team based in Barcelona. /li liCompetitive salary and benefits package. /li liDirect access to riders, race teams and the product — this is not a remote‑from‑the‑product role. /li liSubsidised lunch in our in‑house restaurant. /li liFree access to our in‑house gym (including weekends). /li li30 days of paid vacation. /li /ul pAt Stark, we don’t just accept difference—we celebrate it, we support it and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products and our community.
