Job Summary: Clase Azul is looking for an Accounting Analyst who will Performs and oversees the company's accounting functions: treasury, tax compliance, accounting records, accounts receivable, accounts payable, audit attendance, in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Accounting transactions records to ensure a closing according to the company group deadlines., • Accounts receivable revenue accounting, deposits applications, aging report., • Accounts payable: expense and inventory accounting, payment applications, aging report., • Control and manage Travel & Entertainment Expenses accounting, • Treasury functions (vendor payments, customer deposit aplications, bank reconciliations), • Attention to internal and external Audit Requirements co-working close to audit team in Mexico., • Paperwork and documentary organization, • Support Accounting Manager on financial and group report., • Tax Compliance Activities., • Control and manage Travel & Entertainment Expenses accounting Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in Accounting., • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and engage effectively, • Willingness and ability to travel, including a valid driver's license, • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, • Attention to detail, • Advance English and Spanish, • Experience working with SAP / S4 Hanna.
