We are looking for a Group Accountant (Middle+) to join our team in Valencia and support accounting operations across multiple international entities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to grow into a senior role while working in a fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support group accounting processes across multiple entities, • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, • Perform intercompany reconciliations and support consolidation, • Assist with preparation of consolidated financial reports, • Support statutory reporting and audit processes, • Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting data across systems, • Work with bank, payment provider, and (where applicable) crypto reconciliations, • Contribute to improvement and automation of accounting processes Requirements: • 3–5 years of accounting experience, • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS is a strong advantage), • Experience with multi-entity accounting and/or international structures, • Hands-on experience with month-end close and reconciliations, • Experience working with accounting systems / ERP, • Strong attention to detail and structured approach Language Requirement: • Russian – required, • English – working proficiency Additional Advantages: • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated environments, • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA or in progress) 📍 Location: Valencia (office-based or relocation required) We are looking for a motivated and reliable professional who is ready to grow together with the company and take on increasing responsibility as the business scales.
