METT Marbella is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations of the property. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring the hotel’s financial health and supporting operational excellence within a luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with leadership capability and hospitality industry experience. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, General Ledger, Payroll, Income Audit), • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes, • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance, • Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts, • Provide variance analysis and strategic financial insights, • Ensure compliance with Spanish financial regulations and tax requirements, • Maintain strong internal control systems and coordinate audits, • Monitor hotel revenue streams and conduct cost control analysis, • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team, • Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Executive Committee Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred), • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within hospitality, • Previous xcskxlj experience as Assistant Finance Manager or Finance Manager in a hotel, • Strong knowledge of Spanish tax and financial regulations, • Experience with hotel accounting systems and ERP software, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, • Fluency in English and Spanish Core Competencies • Strategic thinking and commercial awareness, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Leadership and team development, • High level of integrity and professionalism, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic luxury environment
