We’re seeking an Accountant to support accurate, efficient, and compliant finance operations across our international business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality financial data, ensuring timely and accurate accounting processes, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function. Key responsibilities: • Support bookkeeping and monthly/year-end closing activities, • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate records, • Handle expense reports and bank reconciliations, • Assist with payroll administration and coordination with external providers, • Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation, • Provide general administrative support to the finance department (e.g. document management, supplier onboarding, coordination with other departments), • Assist with VAT-related tasks, including correct use of VAT codes and basic reverse-charge checks for international invoices, • Prepare basic balance-sheet reconciliations (e.g. VAT, AP/AR aging, payroll-related accounts) under the guidance of the Senior Accountant, • Help maintain accurate vendor and employee master data in the ERP system, • Maintain NetSuite ERP data quality and vendor master records, • Assist with intercompany invoice checks and help ensure correct subsidiary and tax treatment, • Contribute to process improvements and help ensure compliance with internal controls What you will bring: Qualifications & Technical Skills • 2–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, • Educational background in finance, accounting, or business administration, • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system, • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with modern digital tools, • Fluent in English (additional European languages are an asset) Core Competencies • Meticulous, proactive, and reliable - with a natural drive for accuracy and improvement, • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information, • Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, processes, and business needs as the company continues to scale Recruitment process steps: • Application Review, • Screening Interview, • Interview with the hiring manager, • Meeting with our CFO Redslim is an employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and equal opportunities for all.
