Benefits • Annual bonus: 7.5% of your gross salary, • Monthly food vouchers, • Private insurance, • Pension plan Key Responsibilities The customer operations manager provides leadership, direction, and strategy for the Inventory Control team and the administration team on the site, enabling and facilitating the execution of outlined operational deliverables. Your usual work center will be located in "Corredor del Henares". The position manages three key areas: Customer Relationship • Daily, weekly, and monthly catch‑up and meetings with up to six customers., • Problem solving, continuous improvement, and volume control for the operational team., • Monthly KPI control for each customer., • Develop resource plans and equipment budgets for review with site leadership. Inventory Control • Ensure customer inventory accuracy is monitored and reported timely to site leadership., • Maximize the performance of site inventory processes and systems to ensure care, custody, and control of the customer's inventory., • Plan and execute proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement., • Develop, implement, and validate procedures, controls, and systems that prevent, detect, and correct errors in inventory transactions and balances., • Act as key liaison with the Site Manager and Operations Manager. Technology Systems • Develop, change, and solve issues with our current WMS: Generix., • Follow and develop weekly action plans and new actions, tracing all pending points. Qualifications • Experience in contract logistics, especially in a customer‑facing role., • Highly valuable experience with fashion customers., • Lean thinking and continuous improvement as a standard way of leading., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – must be able to engage daily with six demanding customers., • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems., • Punctual travel availability across Europe., • Deep and broad understanding of inventory control, its financial and operational impacts., • Strong personality; passionate, holistic view, courageous, effective in different cultural settings, impact‑driven and optimistic., • Resilient team player, goal‑oriented, demonstrates a high level of commitment and can work under minimal supervision.
