Private Equity–Backed Company | Profitable & High-Growth Environment Role Mission The VP of Product is the owner of product value creation, responsible for translating market opportunities and business priorities into high-impact products, services, and experiences. This leader ensures the company consistently delivers user-centric, commercially successful products through strong discovery, disciplined prioritization, data-driven decisions, and high-quality execution. The VP of Product leads the product organization end-to-end and guarantees that all initiatives are business-case driven, measurable, and aligned with growth objectives. The role focuses on tactical product operations, market discovery, monetization, and user experience, working in close partnership with the team on long-term architecture, AI strategy, and technical competitive advantage. 1. Product Discovery & Market Expansion Lead continuous discovery of new growth opportunities across products, services, and verticals. Responsibilities • Identify new verticals, revenue streams, and product opportunities, • Co-lead launch of new financial solutions and partnerships, • Analyze internal and external customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, • Conduct structured user research and opportunity validation, • Translate opportunities into clear product initiatives and value propositions 2. Product Delivery & Roadmap Execution Own operational execution of the roadmap and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. Responsibilities • Own backlog management and prioritization aligned with business value, • Ensure clear requirements, scope control, and acceptance criteria, • Coordinate product, engineering, design, data, and business teams, • Guarantee delivery on time, on scope, and with measurable impact, • Implement scalable product rituals, governance, and planning processes 3. AI Product Definition support & Digital Journey Co-lead definition of AI-enabled products and digital experiences together with the VP of AI who leads these initiatives. Responsibilities • Support the AI team in product definition and use cases, • Ensure seamless integration of AI agents into customer journeys and sales processes, • Optimize interaction between AI channels and human teams, • Identify opportunities for LLMs, automation, and agents to create competitive advantage, • Drive AI adoption across products 4. Product Analytics & Testing Build a strong culture of data-driven product management and continuous optimization and testing. Responsibilities • Own product performance metrics and dashboards, • Monitor funnels, user behavior, engagement, and retention, • Identify drop-offs and improvement opportunities, • Drive experimentation (A/B testing, cohorts, optimization), • Align product performance with marketing and sales outcomes 5. User Experience (UX/UI) & Personalization Elevate usability, aesthetics, and effectiveness of the product experience. Responsibilities • Establish best-in-class UX/UI standards, • Ensure intuitive, frictionless, and personalized journeys, • Optimize multi-device and omnichannel experiences, • Maintain design consistency across products, • Promote a user-centric culture across teams 6. Business Case & Product Economics Ensure all initiatives deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities • Develop robust business cases before development, • Estimate revenue, costs, ROI, and strategic impact, • Prioritize initiatives based on value vs effort, • Support executive decisions with structured analysis, • Track post-launch performance vs forecast Strategic Priorities & Key Challenges 1. Establish a Scalable Product Operating Model • Implement disciplined product routines and governance, • Enforce business-case-driven prioritization, • Improve cross-functional coordination and accountability 2. Accelerate AI-Driven Transformation • Expand AI-powered products and capabilities, • Address AI disintermediation risks, • Shape the AI-enabled intermediation model 3. Drive Monetization & Revenue Growth • Own cross-sell and upsell initiatives, • Expand paid services and marketplace offerings, • Support international product growth 4.
