Overview In this role, you will lead CrowdStrike’s EHS program across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, embedding health and safety into business operations. You’ll oversee the Internal Prevention Service in Spain and manage regional risk, compliance and program performance for offices, remote work, TechOps and infrastructure. You’ll build cross-functional partnerships, translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions, and guide EHS initiatives at scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Market leader in compensation and equity awards, • Wellness programs (physical and mental), • Generous vacation and holidays, • Paid parental and adoption leaves, • Professional development opportunities, • Employee networks and volunteer opportunities Responsabilidades • Lead the regional EHS program across EMEA by translating global strategy into regional roadmaps and country programs, • Oversee the Internal Prevention Service in Spain: governance, documentation, risk assessments, preventive planning and training, • Manage regional risk, compliance and readiness including audits, incident investigations and emergency preparedness, • Support EHS across workplace projects, TechOps, contractors, events, expansions and acquisitions, • Foster engagement with regional leadership and cross-functional partners to drive ownership and alignment, • Manage regional budget, vendors, performance metrics and leadership reporting; explore AI/automation enhancements Requisitos principales • 5–10 years of progressive EHS experience, preferably in global multi-country environments, • University degree and high-level Spanish qualification for occupational risk prevention (Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales), • Experience leading an Internal Prevention Service in Spain and coordinating with external providers, • Strong knowledge of Spanish risk prevention and EU/EH S requirements across EMEA, • Proven ability to influence, communicate with diverse stakeholders and leaders, • Experience developing and implementing EHS programs, risk assessments, audits and incident investigations, • Budget, vendor and performance management experience, • Proven use of AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows, • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional EMEA languages advantageous, • Travel up to 25% and incident-response on-call capability, • relationship-building with leadership, • clear and persuasive communication, • cross-functional collaboration, • EHS program design and implementation, • risk assessments and audits, • incident investigations and corrective actions
