Get to know us more at www.imaginaenergia.com Position overivew: The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function across Imagina Energía and Quantica Renovables Spain, supporting two complementary businesses in the renewable energy sector: electricity retail and distributed solar self-consumption. This role will be responsible for translating business priorities into practical, measurable and commercially relevant marketing plans, with a strong focus on lead generation, sales support, customer acquisition, brand positioning and marketing efficiency across both B2B and B2C channels. We are looking for a business-oriented, hands-on and resourceful marketing professional, capable of combining strategic thinking with strong execution. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing the full marketing cycle, working closely with Sales, coordinating internal resources, managing external partners, and finding creative, efficient solutions in a dynamic and results-driven environment. The role will manage a small marketing team of approximately 3 to 4 people and will work closely with the General Manager, Sales teams and business leadership to directly contribute to pipeline creation, commercial conversion and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Commercial Alignment • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business priorities and growth targets, • Translate commercial objectives into actionable marketing plans and measurable initiatives, • Balance brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition and sales enablement, • Ensure consistency of messaging and positioning across different audiences and channels Demand Generation & Performance Marketing • Plan, execute and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across paid media, search, social media, email marketing and partnerships, • Manage and improve the full conversion funnel, from awareness and lead capture to nurturing and conversion, • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI, CPL, CAC and funnel efficiency, • Identify new growth opportunities, acquisition channels and scalable marketing initiatives CRM, Automation & Data-Driven Marketing • Manage CRM and marketing automation processes, including segmentation, lead scoring and nurturing workflows, • Work closely with Sales to improve pipeline visibility and lead quality, • Analyze KPIs and campaign performance to support data-driven decision making, • Develop reporting dashboards and actionable commercial insights Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with Sales teams to support pipeline generation and revenue growth, • Develop sales materials, presentations, case studies, landing pages and customer-facing content, • Support campaigns and initiatives targeting residential, SME, corporate and industrial customers, • Identify customer pain points and market opportunities to improve commercial performance Brand, Content & Communication • Strengthen brand positioning within the renewable energy and sustainability sector, • Coordinate content strategies across digital channels, PR, newsletters, social media and corporate communications, • Ensure all communications are customer-oriented, commercially relevant and aligned with brand guidelines Team Coordination & Execution • Lead and coordinate a small marketing team while managing agencies, freelancers and external partners, • Prioritize initiatives effectively and ensure high-quality execution across multiple projects, • Bring creative and practical solutions to business challenges in a fast-paced environment, • Operate with a strong sense of ownership, autonomy and accountability What We’re Looking For • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing roles with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, • Strong background in lead generation, performance marketing, CRM and digital marketing, • Experience working in start-ups, scale-ups or lean organizations with small teams, • Ability to manage the full marketing cycle end-to-end, • Strong commercial mindset and close collaboration with Sales teams, • Analytical profile with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance, • Excellent communication and project management skills, • Fluent English and Spanish Nice to Have • Experience in renewable energy, sustainability, utilities or high-growth sectors, • Exposure to both B2B and B2C business models, • Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar platforms, • Knowledge of the Spanish energy market, solar self-consumption or distributed energy solutions
