We are looking for a Senior IT PM/PO – Data & Performance to lead IT performance monitoring, data‑driven reporting, and financial process optimisation within an international technology environment. This is a senior functional leadership role combining IT project management, product ownership, PMO, data reporting, financial performance, and stakeholder coordination. You will lead the IT Data & Performance team, coordinate international stakeholders, manage the backlog, and drive initiatives focused on improving IT financial processes, operational performance, dashboards, KPIs, and decision‑making tools. The role is not a purely technical data position. It is best suited for someone with a strong background in IT Finance, PMO, transformation projects, performance reporting, and team coordination, who can bring structure, clarity, and impact in a complex multinational environment. You will work closely with IT, Finance, data/reporting experts, and international teams across different countries, including teams in France and India. • Lead the IT Data & Performance team, coordinating priorities, backlog, delivery, and team activities, • Act as Product Owner / Solution Owner for internal IT performance and reporting solutions, • Drive IT financial process optimisation initiatives in close collaboration with Finance and IT stakeholders, • Coordinate and monitor different project streams related to financial transformation and IT performance improvement, • Define and maintain product roadmaps, well‑groomed backlogs, delivery plans, and stakeholder status reports, • Analyse IT performance and financial data to identify improvement opportunities, • Design and improve dashboards, KPIs, reports, and decision‑making tools to support IT performance monitoring, • Ensure data collection, management, quality, integrity, and accessibility for reporting and performance purposes, • Coordinate with technical and functional teams across different countries, including support/ticketing teams and data/reporting experts, • Support the implementation of data models, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools, • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, tools, and operational efficiency, • Manage stakeholder expectations, build credibility, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across teams, • Prepare documentation including data model documentation, compliance/audit documentation, testing outputs, and improvement proposals, • Work in an Agile environment, contributing to planning, prioritisation, delivery tracking, and team coordination, • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI solutions where applicable to improve decision‑making, • At least 7 years of experience in Finance applied to IT, PMO, IT project management, product ownership, or transformation roles, • Strong experience in IT financial processes, IT performance management, budgeting, cost tracking, P&L, or financial reporting, • Proven experience in PMO activities, project coordination, project governance, delivery monitoring, and stakeholder reporting, • Experience leading or coordinating teams in an international environment, • Strong understanding of enterprise strategy, finance processes, IT processes, and business performance concepts, • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and decision‑making tools, • Ability to create clear plans, structure priorities, manage backlogs, and drive delivery with minimal guidance, • Strong stakeholder management skills, including credibility building, expectation management, communication, and conflict resolution, • Strong analytical, financial literacy, and numeracy skills, • Good knowledge of Agile project methodology, • High proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, • Experience working in large multinational or complex international environments, • Results‑focused mindset, with evidence of process improvement, transformation, and strategic change initiatives, • Fluent English, French, and Spanish, • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools, • Experience with Planview PPM Pro, • Experience with Azure DevOps, • Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices, • Experience with data analytics or business intelligence tools, • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, • Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics use cases, • Experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, or large‑scale IT transformation environments, • Hybrid model - 2 days onsite per week, • People first – diverse and inclusive culture in an international environment, • Lead a strategic IT Data & Performance function with real business impact, • Drive IT financial performance, reporting, dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making, • Work on process optimisation and transformation initiatives in a large multinational environment, • Collaborate with international teams across Spain, France, India, and other locations, • Take ownership of roadmaps, backlogs, KPIs, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives, • High team stability and collaborative culture, • €1200 per year training budget and continuous learning opportunities, • Private health insurance and benefits package, • Flexible working hours and hybrid model, • Wellhub: fitness, wellness, and mental health support, • Football and paddle tennis teams sponsored by Capitole, • Team buildings, global events, and strong tech communities, • The employee will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the assigned project., • Compliance with internal security and information protection policies is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
