ppCRAZE is looking for a bMarketplace Performance Manager /b to drive advertising performance across our marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon. /p pThis is a bhands‑on role /b for someone who enjoys building strategies, executing campaigns, analysing data, and delivering measurable business growth. You will own marketplace advertising performance from strategy through execution, working closely with internal teams and external partners. /p pThis is an bindividual contributor role /b with a high level of ownership. Success is measured by business results, continuous improvement, and your ability to identify and execute growth opportunities. /p pThis position is based in our bSabadell (Barcelona) /b office and requires on‑site attendance five days per week. /p pbLocation: /b Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain /p pbType: /b Full-time | On-site /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute Amazon advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Video Ads, and Amazon DSP. /li liOptimise campaign structure, bidding, targeting, keywords, and budgets to maximise ROAS and profitable growth. /li liMonitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Attributed Sales. /li liIdentify new opportunities for growth through testing, optimisation, and marketplace expansion. /li liSupport advertising initiatives across additional marketplaces and retail media platforms. /li liWork closely with Marketplace, Retail, Content, and eCommerce teams to improve overall marketplace performance. /li liProduce regular performance reports with clear recommendations and actions. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li3+ years of hands‑on Amazon Advertising experience. /li liStrong analytical and commercial mindset. /li liExperience managing advertising budgets and performance. /li liKnowledge of international marketplaces is a plus. /li liExcellent communication and organisational skills. /li liBased in the Barcelona area and able to work on‑site. /li /ul h3Application /h3 pPlease send: /p ul liYour CV and/or LinkedIn profile. /li liA short introduction explaining why this role interests you. /li liExamples of projects or operational improvements you have led, including measurable results. /li liYour b16Personalities /b assessment result (including a screenshot): /li /ul h3Please also answer /h3 ol liWhich marketplaces or countries could you successfully expand into within your first b1–6 months /b, and why? /li liHow would you develop and execute your marketplace growth strategy?
