KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Master the key principles of pricing strategies and Revenue Management., • Support the Director of Revenue Management by providing accurate market information, forecasts, and other revenue management strategies., • Update daily revenues, participate in the daily operations meeting, and take on other Revenue Management tasks in the absence of the Director of Revenue Management., • Monitor competitive pricing closely and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on hotel performance. Conduct competitor analysis and report as needed., • Support the DORM in the proper implementation of Revenue Management standards, policies, and procedures (rate plans, rate categories, market segmentation, profiles, and all PMS-related RM functionalities)., • Assist with group bookings, coordinating with other departments for special requests and requirements., • Support the management of OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and direct booking channels to ensure rate parity and accurate promotional offers. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role., • Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus., • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in Revenue Management and pricing strategies., • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus., • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data., • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team., • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., • Willingness to travel and support the different hotels within the group.
