What You’ll Do • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing systems., • Troubleshoot software, cloud, and connectivity-related issues., • Investigate and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner., • Escalate complex cases when necessary., • Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and empathy., • Advanced English level (spoken and written)., • Previous experience in customer service or technical support., • Interest or experience in IT environments and cloud technologies., • Knowledge of tools/products such as Office 365, Outlook, Sharepoint, Onedrive, is a plus., • Strong problem-solving and communication skills., • Ability to work independently in a remote environment., • Permanent full-time contract (39h/week)., • Fully remote position., • Monday to Friday schedule — Night Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)., • Salary: 23.598,82€ + home allowance, • Paid training from day one., • Career development opportunities in the IT sector., • International and multicultural work environment., • Work-life balance and supportive team culture.
