As the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Manager , you will serve as the primary point of contact for global business stakeholders and digital teams, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the Servicenow SPM platform. You will drive adoption of best practices, empower business users, and elevate the organization’s portfolio, project, and resource management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Key User Network & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain a robust network of Key Users and stakeholders, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and feedback. Provide ongoing training and support, enabling Key Users to champion Servicenow SPM within their teams. Platform Governance: Collaborate in developing user guidelines and best practices to optimize application utilization and data integrity. Implement and maintain governance procedures for Servicenow SPM usage, monitoring adherence and addressing deviations. Change & Release Management: Evaluate project and change requests from a business perspective, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Oversee the release lifecycle, including demand orchestration, project management, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and communication with digital and business teams. Integration Monitoring: Develop and execute monitoring processes to proactively identify and resolve integration issues, collaborating with SAP ERP, Workday, Microsoft and other digital teams. User Lifecycle Management: Oversee user lifecycle within Servicenow SPM, including user creation, access control, license and permissions management. Portfolio & Performance Management: Drive continuous improvement in portfolio, program, and project management processes. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership. What We’re Looking For: Deep understanding of Servicenow platform features, configuration, and administration (user management, roles, permissions, security). Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist/Certified System Administrator Certification – SPM or equivalent certification required. 3+ years of experience implementing Strategic and Project Portfolio Management solutions. Strong understanding of key user management principles and best practices. Experience in change and release management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with executives, business leaders, and end users. Solid project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and team leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with SAP, data migration tools, and API integrations (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
