Purpose of the role You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated communication flows across the entire customer journey, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience for both buyers and sellers. You will also act as the Marketing department’s reference point for CRM, data, KPIs, and reporting, working closely with Operations, Sales, and Data teams to support decision-making through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities CRM, funnels & customer journey • Define and document buyer and seller funnels in collaboration with Operations and Sales teams., • Identify friction points and improvement opportunities across each stage of the funnel., • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across all client segments. Marketing automation • Build and manage automated workflows to:, • Keep clients informed in real time about their requests and status., • Deliver relevant content at key decision-making moments., • Re-engage and recover inactive or dropped leads., • Ensure consistent, relevant, and personalized communication across all touchpoints. Segmentation & CRM management • Define and maintain client segmentation (PPP database)., • Ensure messaging is tailored by segment and journey stage., • Guarantee data quality and CRM integrity. Newsletters & communication • Coordinate the newsletter calendar with the Marketing team., • Ensure relevance and proper audience targeting., • Monitor performance, quality, and frequency of communications. Reporting & analytics • Build and maintain marketing and funnel dashboards., • Track KPIs: open rates, CTR, lead generation, and attributed sales., • Measure customer journey performance and lead recovery rates., • Analyze marketing spend efficiency and investment performance., • Work with the Data team on funnel reporting by channel, source, and stage. Data & compliance • Ensure GDPR compliance across all data and communication processes., • Coordinate with Legal on privacy and data governance. Requirements Experience • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Marketing Analytics roles., • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or similar)., • Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys., • Strong background in reporting, dashboards, and business analysis., • Experience in real estate or premium B2C sectors is a plus. Technical skills • Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)., • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)., • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets., • Basic to intermediate SQL (plus)., • Email marketing and deliverability knowledge., • GDPR and data privacy understanding. Soft skills • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset., • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams., • Strong organization and project management skills., • Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset., • Strong communication skills.
