Nuitée is hiring a Supplier Connectivity & Onboarding Manager (Travel), to lead and scale our core supply operations functions: Onboarding, Loading, and Connectivity. You’ll lead a team of around 15 people across these three functions, sitting at the centre of the supply organization, accountable for ensuring supply partners are onboarded efficiently, data quality is maintained, connectivity issues are resolved proactively, and operational performance keeps improving as Nuitée scales. This is a new role at Nuitée. As the supply team has grown to around 30 people across regions, the need for a dedicated operational leader has become clear. Your job is to bring clear structure: ownership, processes, SLAs, and reporting that the team can actually run on. A good way to think of it: you build the operational backbone behind one of the company’s biggest growth targets, and act as the connective tissue between the technical and commercial sides of the business. What Makes It Interesting • You lead a team from day one: 15 people across Onboarding, Loading, and Connectivity, within a broader supply org of around 30, • There are no legacy processes to untangle. You design the SOPs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks from scratch and see your fingerprint on how the entire supply org operates, • You sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Account Management, a rare perspective to understand how the whole business actually works, • Hotel onboarding, inventory loading, and supplier connectivity are hard to get right at scale. You get to bring real structure and rigor to that problem Problems You’ll Work On • How do we get new supply partners onboarded on time, every time, without bottlenecks?, • How do we make sure hotel inventory and rates are loaded correctly and efficiently into the system?, • When a supplier connection breaks, who owns fixing it, and how fast can we resolve it?, • How do we build dashboards and metrics so the business actually understands how supply is performing?, • How do we forecast the volume of onboarding and connectivity work coming in, so we can plan capacity ahead of it?, • What is being done manually today that should be automated through tools like HubSpot and Jira? This Role Fits Someone Who • Has 8+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Operations, Onboarding, Connectivity, Travel Technology, or related functions, • Has at least 5+ years in a leadership role, with a proven ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing operational teams, • Has technical understanding of how onboarding, loading, mapping, and supplier integrations actually work; not just team management experience, • Has demonstrated experience creating and implementing SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and scalable operational frameworks, • Has experience with HubSpot, Jira, or similar operational reporting and workflow automation tools, • Exposure to travel, hospitality, OTA, bedbanks, or channel manager ecosystems is a strong plus Benefits • Massive Market Opportunity: We are tackling the $9.9tn travel industry, starting with the $75 billion B2B hotel market, a fragmented space filled with outdated systems, gatekeepers, and inefficiencies. Nuitée’s API‑first platform is solving this, enabling businesses to access hotel inventory seamlessly and at scale., • World‑Class Backing: Backed by Accel and visionary leaders across tech and travel—including , Stripe, and Shopify, we’re equipped to scale our ambition globally., • Bootstrapped Resilience, Startup Agility: Having grown profitably for years without external funding, we combine operational discipline with the speed and innovation of a scaling startup.
