The BDM's primary mission will be to identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients for our translation company. This role is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who aims to maximize their earnings based on their success and drive. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities within strategic sectors (Legal, Marketing, Tech, E-commerce, etc.)., • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact (cold calling/emailing) through negotiation and contract closing., • Proposal Development: Understand the client's specific linguistic needs and collaborate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals and quotes., • Networking: Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking platforms (like LinkedIn) to build key industry relationships., • Reporting: Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and the prospect pipeline within the CRM system. ✨ Candidate Profile • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in B2B business development or sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets., • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience selling translation, interpretation, or professional services is highly valued., • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Results-Oriented: A highly motivated, proactive individual with a strong capacity for autonomous work., • Languages: Fluency in English is required.
