Key Responsibilities: • Design and integrate electromechanical systems for high-power AESA radar platforms., • Develop mechanical structures and cooling systems (air-cooled and liquid-cooled) for defense-grade electronics., • Select and validate commercial components (connectors, fans, heat exchangers, TECs, chillers) ensuring compliance with ruggedization and reliability standards., • Perform thermal and structural analysis in coordination with simulation teams., • Design and control power distribution systems including AC/DC and DC/DC converters (buck, boost, flyback, forward, full-bridge, resonant)., • Develop EMI/EMC filters for switched-mode power supplies in compliance with MIL-STD-461., • Support environmental qualification testing (vibration, thermal, EMC) and ensure MIL-STD compliance., • Prepare detailed technical documentation and participate in design reviews., • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering. Your Profile: • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering., • 5+ years of experience in electromechanical design and power systems for aerospace or defense., • Proficiency in Siemens NX and/or Solid Edge for CAD modeling and documentation., • Strong knowledge of thermal management, EMI/EMC compliance, and MIL-STD protocols., • Experience in power electronics and distributed power architectures., • English is a must; Spanish is a plus., • Eligibility for NATO clearance.
