You will define and drive the strategy and execution of data-driven products, infrastructure, and AI solutions, shaping our data ecosystem from analytics and reporting to advanced AI initiatives, including next-generation NLP and computer vision use cases. Prioritise features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value. /li liEnd-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research, ideation, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities; collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to define problems, gather requirements, and prioritise solutions. Manage the development cycle, including risk assessment, reprioritisation, testing, rollout, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful adoption. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, iterate on improvements, and ensure continuous alignment between user needs, business goals, and strategic objectives. /li liData Infrastructure: Lead the development and enhancement of data infrastructure, pipelines, and platforms. Maintain high standards for data quality, governance, and reliability across all systems. /li liData Analytics: Create the next generation of ‘Data as a product’, designing solutions that deliver actionable insights. Build customizable reports, dashboards, and analytics tools for internal and external stakeholders. Enable forecasting, trend analysis, and decision-making through real-time and predictive analytics. /li liAI Solutions: Build and oversee AI-driven solutions, including NLP and computer vision use cases. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to turn AI concepts into production-ready solutions. Evaluate emerging AI technologies to incorporate into the product strategy. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and business teams to ensure data products meet user needs. Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for data-driven decision-making. /li liStakeholder Engagement Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and validate product concepts.
