If you want a role where you can grow, learn, and contribute to projects that truly matter, this is the place for you. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liWork on the conception, development, and deployment of decision‑support systems for emergencies, defense, and industrial environments powered by Artificial Intelligence. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 bWe Want Someone Who /b ul liHas a background in Computer Science or ML Engineering, with specialization in Machine Learning or AI. /li liHas deployed applications based on LLMs both in the cloud and on‑premise. /li liBrings at least 3 years of experience developing applications (not limited to LLM‑based). /li liKnows Agents, MCP, fine‑tuning, RAG, validation, and prompt engineering. /li liIs familiar with APIs, Git, MLflow (or similar), Python, and the ML/AI ecosystem. /li liHolds a passport from a European or NATO country. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liKnowledge of the emergency or military/defense domain. /li liExperience using AWS as a cloud provider. /li liHands‑on work with validation and testing of LLM‑based applications. /li liKnowledge of decision‑making processes. /li liFamiliarity with VLMs. /li liUnderstanding of LLMOps and/or MLOps. /li liComfort working directly from terminal consoles (Mac, Linux). /li liBackground in probability and statistics, data science, or data engineering. /li liExperience with data presentation and dashboards. /li liResidency in Spain (ideally Madrid, Gran Canaria, or surroundings, though not mandatory). /li /ul h3Soft skills /h3 ul liStrong communication, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. /li liHigh level of spoken and written English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
