Your primary assignments: - Leading the management of assigned projects from the sales stage to product delivery. Typical project scope includes complex lifting equipment encompassing engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and logistics. - Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget, and identify the necessary resources for its execution. - Monitoring and Control: Supervise project progress, identify potential deviations, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success. - Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and management, providing regular reports on the project's status and milestones achieved. - Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, thereby minimizing potential obstacles that may arise. - Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all project stages, including requirements documentation, blueprints, progress reports, and final assessments. - Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct a post-project evaluation to analyze lessons learned and enhance processes for future projects. About you: You have at least 5 years’ experience in a Project Management position within the wind market or similar (metallurgical, heavy industry, capital goods). We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management Department located in Bilbao. The selected candidate will hold the responsibility for ensuring the efficient completion of Onshore and Offshore Liftra product applications, maintaining adherence to budget and schedule constraints, all while fulfilling design objectives and requirements. This role will entail working in close collaboration with various departments within the company, including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Purchase. Your education is Certificate of Engineering - Bachelor or Master’s degree -, related to Mechanical Design/Industrial Additionally: Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or PMI). Strong organizational, managerial and communication skills. Speak and write English at a high professional level. Other languages are highly valued. Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. High knowledge on Industrial Standards. Valuable the wind turbine sector knowledge. Ability to work independently and open minded. Flexibility to travel. What’s in it for you?
