Let’s grow together! /p h3Your role /h3 pAs an Account Manager, you hold a key position focused on driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage (MPP), and building strong, long‑term customer relationships within your territory. You are also responsible for promoting and selling our Pay‑and‑Display (PD) systems, SaaS solutions, insights, and the EasyPark mobile payment solution within your geographic area. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCluster development: Take a strategic approach to fully develop your territory and expand Arrive’s market presence. /li liSales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold prospecting to contract negotiation and successful closing. /li liRelationship management: Act as the main point of contact for your customers and ensure high satisfaction through excellent account management. /li liSolution presentation: Present and demonstrate our products and services convincingly to decision‑makers. /li liImplementation upselling: Support the implementation phase and proactively identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts. /li liCRM administration: Keep our CRM systems (Salesforce) up to date and ensure accurate documentation of your sales activities. /li /ul h3Travel Location /h3 pThis role involves frequent travel to meet customers in person (approximately 60% of working time, typically three days per week). Remaining time is used flexibly for preparation and follow‑up—either remotely or in coordination with your manager. /p pLocation: Bilbao, Spain + (North Areas) /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liEducation experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar and at least eight years of commercial experience, preferably in parking management, smart city, or tech environments. /li liProduct knowledge: Experience selling complex services (e.g., SaaS) and a strong understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies. Experience with PD systems or mobile apps is a strong plus. /li liSales skills: Confident in negotiations, results‑driven, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. /li liCommunication: Communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively, both verbally and in writing. /li liExperiences: Collaborating with large corporations or public entities (such as municipalities) is a plus but not required. /li liPersonality: Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment. /li liTechnical skills: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Google Suite. /li liLanguages: Fluent in Spanish (native) and good English skills (B2/C1) for internal communication within a global team. /li /ul h3About us /h3 pArrive, with strong brands such as EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile, and Parkopedia, is a leading global mobility platform operating in over 90 countries and 20,000 cities.
