Collaborate with top-tier professionals, engage in smart manufacturing, and play a crucial role in accelerating the electric revolution. 🔎 Your main responsibilities You will lead the commercial interface with customers (OEM), ensuring smooth coordination across operations, finance, and supply chain. 1. Account Management • Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships, • Monitor customer requirements (Legal, ESG, compliance), • Lead negotiations with customers and supply base, • Manage contracts, renewals, and customer assets (molds, tools, equipment), • Monitor forecasts, POs and provide capacity feedback, • Manage product/tool lifecycle and related invoicing 1. Billing & Accounts Receivable • Manage Accounts Receivable and production-related billing (including adjustments and retro pricing), • Monitor JIS/JIT billing processes, • Handle claims, deductions, and payment discrepancies, • Manage EDI (ASN, inbound/outbound communication), • Perform weekly payment analysis and month-end closing activities, • Coordinate tooling cost recovery and reimbursements with customers 1. Sales Administration • Perform monthly sales closing and reporting, • Monitor sales performance (MTD/YTD) and annual volumes, • Prepare forecasts and market analysis, • Coordinate reporting with HQ and cross-functional teams, • Analyze financial data related to automotive production processes 1. Price Management • Manage pricing data and price change history (including retroactivities), • Implement cost reduction initiatives and track savings, • Monitor raw material price adjustments and EPI schedules, • Maintain master price data and ensure accuracy 1. Cross-functional & Continuous Improvement • Collaborate with Quality, Pricing, Materials and IT departments, • Support EDI system improvements, • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives ✅ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business Administration or similar), • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in automotive/commercial roles, • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 🌍 Languages & Tools • English (professional level required), • MS Office (advanced user), • Experience with EDI systems, ERP/SAP is a plus 🎯 Why join us? • International environment (strong connection with HQ), • Key strategic role with high impact on business performance, • Opportunity to work closely with OEM customers, • Dynamic automotive and electrification sector We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
