Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager – We are looking for a forward-thinking, methodical and detail-oriented manager to join our Quality Control Department. Responsibilities • Planning and coordination of laboratory activities, ensuring compliance and effective management of human resources according to operational needs., • Guarantee the accuracy of the results issued by the Laboratory., • Manage, supervise and generate technical documentation associated such as SOPs and CoAs., • Coordinate the correct state of work equipment according to GMP requirements and technical data sheets., • Manage and investigate OOS and deviations as needed., • Ensure the application of GMP requirements and the correct training of the personnel in charge. Education • University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or related areas., • Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or related areas., • PhD in related areas is desirable, but not necessary. Languages Fluent in Spanish. Intermediate level of English (Level B2 / First Certificate). Experience • Experience with GMP regulations., • Use of techniques such as HPLC, UV and IR Spectrophotometry, UPLC, Fluorescence, DAD, UV‑VIS., • Use of Agilent equipment with Empower 3 software., • Experience in international environments is a plus., • Managing a technical team in a Laboratory.
