. Principales responsabilidades y tareas A. SharePoint Online & On-premises • Diseño, configuración y administración de sitios y colecciones en SharePoint Online., • Gestión de permisos, grupos y roles de acceso en SharePoint, alineados con los principios de mínimo privilegio., • Administración y mantenimiento de entornos SharePoint On-Premises, incluyendo instalación de parches de seguridad y actualizaciones., • Optimización de la arquitectura de información (metadatos, taxonomía, búsqueda) para mejorar la colaboración y descubrimiento de información., • Capacitación a usuarios y equipos en el uso de SharePoint y buenas prácticas de gobernanza. B. Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps) • Creación y mantenimiento de Power Automate flows para automatizar procesos internos (aprobaciones, recordatorios, integración con Outlook, Teams y ServiceNow)., • Desarrollo de Power Apps para aumentar la productividad personal y de equipo (formularios, seguimiento de tareas, gestión de solicitudes)., • Promoción de la adopción de Power Platform mediante entrenamientos y soporte a usuarios. C. Gobernanza y Seguridad en Microsoft 365 • Aplicación de modelos de permisos y roles en SharePoint Online y grupos de Microsoft 365., • Colaboración con equipos globales en la aplicación de políticas para Power Apps y Power Automate, • Uso de Intune para la gestión de dispositivos y cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad., • Participación en procesos de IT Security & Risk, apoyando en revisiones, auditorías y controles de cumplimiento. D. Productividad y Soporte IT • Conducción de entrenamientos y sesiones de adopción digital en Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Platform)., • Soporte técnico y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con Microsoft 365 y herramientas colaborativas., • Integración de procesos con ServiceNow para gestión de tickets, solicitudes y cambios., • Colaboración con áreas de IT y negocio para alinear soluciones con los requerimientos de productividad y compliance. 3. Tecnologías y herramientas utilizadas • Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Purview (colaboración con Global en compliance)., • Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse (uso puntual)., • SharePoint On-Premises: administración y parches., • Intune (Endpoint Manager): gestión de dispositivos y políticas., • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): soporte en identidades y grupos., • ServiceNow: gestión de tickets e incidencias., • SolarWinds / herramientas de monitoreo IT., • IT Security & Risk frameworks. 4. Habilidades clave Habilidades técnicas • Gobernanza y administración de SharePoint Online & On-Premises., • Automatización de procesos con Power Automate., • Desarrollo de apps low-code con Power Apps., • Gestión de permisos, grupos y roles en M365., • Integración con ServiceNow y herramientas de ITSM., • Gestión de dispositivos con Intune.
