Role Mission Responsible for managing demand planning, production planning, and inventory‑related processes to ensure optimal stock levels, service level compliance, and efficient supply chain operations. This role also supports material master data management and coordinates changes impacting products and processes. What your responsibilities will be • Manage demand planning activities across short-, mid-, and long‑term horizons, ensuring accurate forecasts aligned with business needs., • Analyze historical data, market trends, and business inputs to develop and maintain reliable demand forecasts., • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align and validate demand assumptions., • Develop, maintain, and monitor the production plan based on demand forecasts and production capacity., • Optimize production schedules to ensure service level targets are met while minimizing costs and inventory levels., • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock coverage and identify potential shortages or excess inventory., • Define and implement corrective actions to optimize inventory performance., • Manage the creation, modification, and discontinuation of material master data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency within the ERP system (SAP preferred)., • Coordinate the implementation of artwork changes, minimizing obsolescence and preventing supply disruptions., • Support Change Control processes by ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and timely implementation of changes., • Work closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution of planning and change management activities., • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning, inventory, and control processes by monitoring key performance indicators and identifying optimization opportunities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field., • Previous experience in demand planning, production planning, inventory management, or Supply Chain functions., • Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making., • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment., • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality., • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills., • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred., • Experience in regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or FMCG., • Knowledge of planning and forecasting tools., • Familiarity with Change Control and change management processes. xcskxlj Benefits package Flexible schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8:00 h – 17:00 h and Friday 8:00 h 15:00 h.
