Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and highly communicative Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the recruitment functions within our HR team. As a key player in our fast-paced and vibrant organization, you’ll engage with a global network of candidates and contribute to shaping the future of Absolute Internship. Who we are • We’re travelers, innovators, thinkers and doers, • We help students discover the world, • Open and collaborative – we all work together, • We’re small, but mighty and global - we have programs all around the world, • Positive and proactive, always looking for ways to contribute and improve, • Interested in people—you enjoy getting to know candidates and understanding team dynamics, • A self-starter who thrives on challenges, you manage your time effectively, think on your feet, and tackle obstacles with a positive, can-do attitude, • Open to feedback and focused on continuous personal and professional development, • You are tech-savvy, endlessly curious, and highly ambitious, • You have effective time management and organization skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a growth mindset, • With strong communication skills and respect for others, you bring a balance of polish and individuality, showing up prepared, detail-oriented, and ready to collaborate., • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: from job posting to offer letter, • Work closely with an Application Tracking System to keep track of candidates’ journeys and update decision makers when necessary, • Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, • Create and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms, • Research and help implement new tools and recruitment platforms, • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates, • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams, • Help implement and test new recruitment platforms and tools, • Propose improvements to current recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience What we Expect: • Professionalism at all times, • Promptness and Professional communication (12-hour email response policy), • Positive and respectful attitude towards all stakeholders, • Resourcefulness and creativity, • Proactive behavior, • Attention to detail, • Organizational skills to guarantee efficient time management IDEAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a passionate team player, good under pressure and fast on their feet. • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR or a related field (internships count!), • Proven ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment., • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools) and job boards is highly desired, • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields, • A degree (or in progress) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields., • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a passion for connecting with people., • Enthusiasm for learning and a growth mindset to tackle new challenges., • Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity, • Positive Attitude – You think nothing is impossible, • Goal oriented – You possess an acute sales instinct and aim to exceed your goals, • Driven – You are confident, take initiative, and venture into uncharted territory, • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple competing requests, • English working proficiency HOW TO APPLY: To apply please visit our careers page and submit your application now!
