Absolute Internship is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Program Operations Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of faculty-led programs around the world. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional educational travel experiences in collaboration with university partners across multiple regions. The ideal candidate combines strong logistical and operational skills with a global mindset and an interest in international education. They bring cultural curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for creating seamless, high-quality programs that run smoothly from planning to completion. You will collaborate closely with teams across Absolute Internship—including Corporate Engagement, Marketing, and Enrollment—as well as directly with university faculty to co-design and implement impactful experiential learning programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program Execution & Logistics Booking and paying activities, and coordinating with vendors Preparing the Master sheets and the Kanbanchi boards for each program Prepare pre-departure materials, including emails, webinar links, orientation slides, handbooks, and calendars Prepare welcome packs Support with pre-departure communication: Whatsapp groups, emailing, lists, Hubspot properties and documents, Kahoots, Code of Conducts, Moving students through different stages on Hubspot, etc. Supporting the Housing allocation/roommate assignment and communicating with the participants. Stakeholder & Student Engagement Work with Marketing to support promotion and student engagement. Collect and share feedback to inform future improvements. Operational Efficiency & Quality Maintain accurate records of budgets, logistics, and itineraries. Apply a systematic approach to planning and documentation. Support process improvements and SOP implementation. Ensure high standards of detail, service, and quality. IDEAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE Education in International Education, Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, logistics, or project management within an international or multicultural context Demonstrated excellence in logistics planning and itinerary development Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders Customer-service orientation and flexibility in fast-paced environments Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (Kanbanchi, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset HOW TO APPLY: To apply please visit our careers page and submit your application now!
