PURPOSE As a member of the management team, you will reporting to our Store Manager supporting the store maximizing the sales and service performance by leading from the front and being a role model to the team. DAILY OPERATIONS • Assist management in the seamless operation of the daily running of the store by completing daily planners, setting individual targets, assigning lunch breaks, and ensuring there is optimal floor cover., • Make sure the team complies with the company's timekeeping and attendance expectations., • Ensure accurate operations of the tills are carried out and follow company guidelines, • Support Management in stocktake preparations and a good understanding of the process from an Operations and Loss Prevention point of view., • Understand and achieve your sale targets, productivity, ATV, UPT, and mystery shopper results. HOUSEKEEPING AND HEALTH & SAFETY • Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping within the store, externally and internally and ensur Heatlh and Safety standards., • Be aware of the store's security procedures and help protect the company's interests bringing concerns to the attention of management to minimise theft possibilities.
