Responsibilities • Provide staff in a targeted and cost effective manner, • Ensure all staff are continuously developed so that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them fully to contribute in achieving the company vision, mission, aims and objectives, • Ensure effective communication with employee representatives and social peace, • Maintain and improve work environment and working conditions, wellness and health of employees, • Provide human resources administration/payroll services and compliance to regulatory regulations/concerns, • Control and reduce absenteeism and turnover, • Manage performance evaluation systems, • Conduct IATF/internal/external audits, • Promote organization development, • Develop policies and documentation, • Administer compensation and benefits for the country, • Support local SMT in the 3 Spanish sites, including employee and management services and counselling, • Develop the Human Resources Spain site departments, • Foster an employee‑oriented company culture in Spain, • Serve as Data Protection Coordinator for the Burgos and Martorell sites reporting to the DPOQualifications, • Master’s Degree in Human Resources with a very good understanding of labour law regulations, • University Degree in Human Resources related studies, • HR management experience in a manufacturing environment, • Excellent management skills, • Strong knowledge of HR policies, • Industrial experience of more than five years The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer xcskxlj that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
