We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist with an international scope to be a key part of our fast-growing team. &##Discounts on dental aligners and whitening. Fresh fruit, coffee, and snacks every morning. Serve as the first point of contact, addressing general inquiries from managers and employees, including labor law questions. Act as the primary HR contact for location/region-specific HR administration. Manage HR documentation and systems effectively, accurately, and on time. Ensure security and confidentiality of all personnel matters handled by the HR team. Manage probation periods and contract terminations in collaboration with managers and team leads. Maintain up-to-date documentation and data for relevant countries. Oversee employment contracts for new hires, contract amendments, and employee exits. Previous experience in a similar HR role in Spain. Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian or French is a plus. Knowledge of Spanish labor laws, agreements, and contracts. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR systems. Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing. Demonstrated experience in an international HR environment. &##
