Join an international team supporting and improving the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, helping resolve incidents, requests, and minor enhancements. Configure and maintain Salesforce features using declarative tools such as flows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports. Support the implementation of small changes and improvements, from requirement clarification to deployment and basic testing. Analyse business requests and translate them into simple Salesforce configurations or support actions. Collaborate with senior Salesforce engineers and admins, escalating complex issues when needed. Help ensure stable operations of the platform by supporting releases, monitoring issues, and following support processes. Contribute to clear documentation and knowledge sharing to improve the overall support experience. What You Bring 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, ideally Service Cloud. Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals including objects, flows, profiles, permissions, and case management. Basic knowledge of Apex or LWC is a plus but not required. Experience supporting users in a Salesforce environment and handling incidents or change requests. Interest in learning Salesforce best practices, platform architecture, and support processes. Comfortable working in a team-oriented, international environment. Basic understanding of Agile ways of working. Fluent English (B2 level or higher). German is a plus. Salesforce Administrator certification or willingness to work towards it is a strong plus.
