About the job: For our growing division Corporate in Azuqueca de Henares (Spain) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: IT Manager and Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator Reporting to the Director IT Solution Delivery ERP your mission will be to contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of IT solutions for our company. He or she is responsible for analyzing our IT systems, developing optimization strategies, managing all procedures relating to implementation and carrying out regular checks. As part of their responsibilities, they ensure that the company adheres to best practice in terms of IT standards and guidelines, whilst troubleshooting systems. What will your daily responsibilities include in this role? ERP Administration & Operations • Administer Oracle Fusion environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD), • Manage user access, roles, and security configurations, • Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability, • Oversee setup migration using Functional Setup Manager (FSM) Security & Access Governance • Design and maintain roles (job roles, duty roles, custom roles), • Ensure compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) and audit requirements, • Manage data access (Business Units, Ledgers, Legal Entities), • Support user provisioning and access control processes Release & Change Management • Coordinate Oracle quarterly releases and patching activities, • Perform impact assessments and support regression testing, • Align changes with IT governance and change management processes, • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure release readiness Integration & Data Management • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs), • Support data loads and data corrections (FBDI, ADFdi) Job Scheduling & Monitoring • Manage and monitor ESS jobs and batch processes, • Investigate and resolve job failures and performance issues, • Perform log analysis and system diagnostics Incident & Hypercare Support • Troubleshoot functional, technical, and security issues, • Support hypercare phases during go-lives and stabilizations What we ask for: • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP administration, • University degree in computer science, information science or software engineering, • More than 10 years of professional as an IT consultant, IT analyst or in a similar role, • Strong knowledge of:, • Security model (roles, data access, SoD), • Integration frameworks and data loading tools, • Job scheduling and monitoring, • Experience in production support and incident management, • Familiarity with release and environment management, • Experience working in complex, multi-country ERP environments, • Experience in multinational environment., • Business fluent English language., • Organised and thorough What we offer: We offer you a challenging, responsible and varied job in a modern, fast growing division within an International Corporation.
