Somos una familia americana que se encuentra de vacaciones por Europa, conformada por mamá, papá y 3 chicos en edad escolar. Estamos requiriendo una mujer entre 38-45 años de edad, hispano hablante, que tenga documentacion en regla y ademas disponga de disponibilidad para viajar con nosotros durante una semana o 10 dias aproximadamente para que practique el español con nuestros hijos con edades de 9, 11 y 14 años, ellos han estado recibiendo clases de español por lo que nos gustaria que practicase con una asistente (no es necesario hablar perfecto ingles, lo basico es suficiente). Entre sus funciones estaría hacer turismo con nosotros, llevarlos de compras y ademas visitar sitios culturalmente hablando importantes con ellos tales como museos, iglesias, parques y esculturas. Aun no tenemos una fecha confirmada pero diriamos que seria para despues de la segunda semana de septiembre. El salario es a convenir y la fecha concreta será comunicada una vez esten listos los filtros y entrevistas. La oferta incluye estadia, comida, entradas a todos los sitios turisticos. We are looking for a woman between 38 and 45 years old, a Spanish speaker, with valid documentation, and available to travel with us for approximately a week or 10 days to practice Spanish with our children, ages 9, 11, and 14. They have been taking Spanish classes, so we would like her to practice with an assistant (perfect English is not required; basic English is sufficient). Her responsibilities include sightseeing with us, taking them shopping, and visiting culturally important sites with them, such as museums, churches, parks, and sculptures. We don't have a confirmed date yet, but we expect it to be after the second week of September. The salary is negotiable, and the specific date will be announced once the screening and interview process are complete. The offer includes accommodation, food, and admission to all tourist sites. Ability to identify client/supplier information and supporting documents at once., • Ability to work in coordination with remote teams located in different countries., • Check accounting documents and identify conflicts or issues at once., • Prepare ad-hoc financial presentations. Well-versed with business process evaluation, documentation, compliance, and control ensuring that our purchase and sales contracts are accurately posted., • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. Collect, validate, and update all information that is directly related to the company business and coordinate with the accountants, ensuring correct posting., • Liaise with External Auditors on annual audit requirements/deadlines, being the supporting person with audits and our audit company., • Work with the Logistic department on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution of all trade operations., • Provide to owners data and necessary analysis related to the financial budget and keep up to date with trade information and trading budgets. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or accounting or similar., 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and financing banks. Other languages are a plus., 3. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook), 4. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service., 5. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices., 6.
