Head of Affiliation / Head of Affiliate Partnerships Worldwide Scope – US Market Focus Barcelona / Madrid / Remote Hybrid/Remote Vertigo Media Performance is a fast-growing Performance Marketing Agency specialized in high-value lead generation and growth strategies for ambitious brands across multiple industries including Insurance, Telecom, Energy, Ecommerce and Health sectors. With an international footprint and a strong performance-driven culture, we help advertisers scale through advanced acquisition strategies, data, media buying and conversion optimization. As part of our 2026 expansion strategy, we are launching a dedicated Affiliate Department with a strong focus on international growth and the US market. We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and results-oriented Head of Affiliation to build, scale and lead this new business unit. The Role: As Head of Affiliation, you will be responsible for building Vertigo Media Performance’s affiliate ecosystem from the ground up. Your mission will be to develop and commercialize advertiser offers (Pay Per Call, Nutra, Lead Generation, Ecommerce, CPL, CPA…) through a worldwide network of publishers, affiliates and strategic partners. You will play a key role in the international expansion of the company by identifying new verticals, launching new GEOs and building a high-performing affiliate team. This role requires a strong mix of business development, strategic vision, operational organization, team leadership and international networking. Main Responsibilities • Build and grow a worldwide network of affiliates, publishers, media partners and aggregators, • Develop strategic partnerships on the US market and internationally, • Recruit top-tier affiliates specialized in Pay Per Call, Lead Gen, Nutra, Ecommerce and performance traffic, • Negotiate commercial agreements and optimize partner profitability, • Leverage and expand an existing portfolio of advertisers and publishers, • Promote and scale advertiser campaigns across multiple verticals including Pay Per Call, Nutra, Lead Generation, Ecommerce, Insurance, Energy, Telecom and Financial Services, • Launch and test new offers, traffic sources and acquisition models, • Identify high-growth opportunities in emerging verticals and new markets, • Recruit, structure and manage Affiliate Managers, Sales Managers Affiliation and Business Developers, • Use an existing professional network to attract and recruit top affiliate talent, • Build and implement scalable internal processes, • Define KPIs, reporting structures and operational workflows, • Ensure strong coordination between affiliate, sales and production teams, • Create a high-performance culture focused on execution, scalability and profitability, • Define the affiliate growth roadmap for 2026–2028, • Expand the business into new GEOs and verticals progressively, • Develop strong relationships with advertisers, affiliate platforms and strategic partners worldwide, • Represent Vertigo Media Performance at major international affiliate and performance marketing events such as Affiliate World, LeadsCon, PI Live, TES, etc., • Travel regularly across Europe, Asia and the US to attend exhibitions, conferences and strategic business meetings Profile Required We are looking for a true builder with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and international business vision. • Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing, • Existing portfolio and strong network of advertisers, publishers and affiliates, • Strong relationships within media buying and performance ecosystems, • Ability to recruit and attract high-level affiliate talent through personal network and industry reputation, • Experience managing CPL / CPA / Pay Per Call campaigns, • Strong knowledge of the US market, • Ability to scale offers internationally, • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, • Strong organizational and operational mindset, • Comfortable structuring teams and implementing processes from scratch, • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities, • Highly autonomous and proactive, • Strong leadership capabilities, • Excellent negotiator with strong deal-making abilities, • Very comfortable in high-level commercial discussions, • Ability to operate in fast-paced and highly performance-oriented environments, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, • International mindset and passion for networking, • Fluent English required, • Additional languages are a plus, • Ability and willingness to travel frequently worldwide (Europe / Asia / US) Compensation Package • Competitive compensation package between €120K and €150K OTE depending on experience, network and track record, • Attractive fixed salary + aggressive performance-based bonus structure, • Potential long-term evolution and strategic leadership opportunities At Vertigo Media Performance we believe high-performance teams are built with ambitious people who want to create, scale and win internationally.
