Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. You’ll have the opportunity to work within our delivery organization, supporting the scaling and operational excellence of our Agile teams in Barcelona. Your Missions: • Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap for your squads., • Lead PI Planning preparation and execution, ensuring clear objectives, capacity, and backlog readiness., • Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans aligned with product vision and technical constraints., • Monitor Program Increment execution, tracking scope, dependencies, risks, and milestones., • Ensure delivery commitments are met with quality, transparency, and predictability., • Coordinate with Delivery Leads, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and Architects to manage cross-team dependencies., • Act as escalation point for delivery blockers and dependency issues., • Oversee multiple squads and Scrum Masters, driving performance and continuous improvement., • Promote agile best practices, accountability, and a culture of ownership and collaboration., • Provide clear visibility on progress, KPIs, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders and leadership., • Ensure alignment with governance, communication standards, and program-level ceremonies. Your Profile: • 4–5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum Leadership, or similar roles., • Proven experience in Agile delivery leadership (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)., • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple squads, including cross‑team coordination and complex delivery environments., • Strong understanding of delivery planning, PI planning, and dependency management in scaled agile organizations., • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and conflict-resolution skills., • Capacity to drive outcomes, manage risks proactively, and keep teams focused on priorities., • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on delivery oversight., • English fluent. Spanish is a plus., • Experience in enterprise or digital transformation environments is a plus., • Knowledge of common engineering practices, CI/CD, cloud-native applications, or platform-based delivery is a plus., • Familiarity with SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks (certifications are a plus)., • Experience working with distributed, multi‑disciplinary teams is a plus.
